Karigar UAE backs eligible home maintenance work in Dubai with a 30-day workmanship guarantee. If the same issue reoccurs due to our installation or repair within 30 days of service completion, we will return and make it right — subject to the terms below.

What Is Covered

• AC repair, servicing, and installation workmanship
• Plumbing repairs, fixture installations, and leak fixes
• Electrical wiring, socket, and switch work performed by our team
• Handyman assembly, mounting, and carpentry tasks
• Cleaning service quality issues reported within 24 hours

What Is Not Covered

• Manufacturer defects in parts (separate manufacturer warranty applies)
• Damage from misuse, unauthorised modifications, or third-party work after our visit
• Normal wear and tear, pest recurrence, or pre-existing structural issues
• Consumables (filters, batteries, chemicals) unless faulty on installation day

How to Claim

• Contact us within 30 days of the original service date
• Provide your invoice/reference number and clear photos or video
• Our team verifies the claim and schedules a return visit — usually within 24–48 hours
• If the issue is confirmed as workmanship-related, remedial work is free of labour charge
