These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Karigar UAE website and professional home maintenance services in Dubai, UAE — including AC repair, plumbing, electrical work, cleaning, pest control, and handyman jobs. By requesting a quote or confirming a booking, you agree to these Terms.
Services Covered
We provide residential and commercial maintenance as described in your written quote or service order. Scope excludes work requiring special municipality permits unless agreed in writing. Additional labour, materials, or access equipment may incur extra charges quoted before work proceeds.
Quotes, Pricing & Payment
- Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise
- Prices are in AED and include VAT where applicable
- Payment is due upon job completion unless corporate credit terms are pre-approved
- We accept cash, bank transfer, and major cards via secure processors
- Emergency or after-hours call-outs may include a priority service fee disclosed upfront
Booking, Access & Customer Responsibilities
- Provide safe access to the property, utilities, and work areas
- Disclose known hazards (electrical faults, asbestos, restricted areas)
- Secure pets and valuables before technicians arrive
- Ensure an authorised adult (18+) is present unless agreed otherwise
- Approve additional work in writing before we proceed beyond the original scope
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Non-emergency bookings may be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a call-out fee. See our Refund Policy for deposit and refund rules.
Workmanship Guarantee
We stand behind our work with a 30-day workmanship guarantee on eligible services. Manufacturer warranties apply to parts we supply. Guarantee terms, exclusions, and claim steps are detailed on our Workmanship Guarantee page.
Limitation of Liability
Karigar UAE maintains appropriate trade insurance. Our liability for direct loss arising from proven negligence is limited to the amount paid for the specific service, except where UAE law prohibits such limitation. We are not liable for pre-existing defects, hidden conditions, or delays caused by third parties.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation, then competent Dubai courts if unresolved.
